Thus, the travel agency left us unattended in a foreign country, without being able to clarify the matter. It turned out that MONESE bank frozen the transfer and the payment did not go through. It wasn't until I received a reply to my email in the late afternoon from LMX International that our booking was canceled and it cannot be restored because my payment has not passed. The Ascos hotel reception also tried to contact the travel agency, also to no avail. We wasted more than half a day trying to contact a travel agency that didn't answer phone calls. At this point, I had to personally pay for my stay at the hotel individually, which was associated with a considerable cost exceeding the cost of the booking made through a travel agency. We were left on our own in a foreign country. Nobody wanted to give us any information. The hotel reception tried to contact the travel agency - to no avail.
